There was a pull within to start changing my lifestyle, specifically my eating habits. I knew that I wanted to feel better. It started with creating tasty, visually appealing, healthy smoothies. These beautiful creations started to change my life for the better. Easy, affordable, and accessible made these go to smoothies my best friend. Here is one of my favorites–that I like to make in the afternoon, when I’m feeling a little sluggish and am craving some chocolate.
My Chocolate Afternoon Delight
-1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups fresh chopped spinach
1/4 cup fresh mint
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. I like to add some raw natural sliced almonds at the end.
