I love salmon and I’m always looking for fun and creative ways to serve it to my family. This year I decided to make teriyaki style salmon tacos. I made a simple red cabbage, carrots, and bok choy slaw to accompany it. Yum, I can’t wait for my family to try it out.

Super Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Preheat oven to 350F. Take out 4 pieces of Salmon and place in glass oven proof dish.

2 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce

2 Tablespoons soya sauce

2 Tablespoons rice vinegar

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 Tablespoons honey

1 clove of minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

3 chopped scallions

1 Teaspoon Asian chili paste

Mix all ten ingredients together and pour over salmon pieces. Place in the oven and cook for about 14 minutes. Depending on how well done you like your salmon. And enjoy.
