Today on Sips for the Summer with your Spouse, I’m serving rosé wine. I haven’t touched a rosé in years. In the past, I found this wine too sweet, and frankly a little cheap tasting. But I recently decided to give it another try, and now I’m serving it with all my meals. I did a little research and discovered that the quality of rosé has actually improved; thus making it more popular to serve with food. The moderate alcoholic strength means that it won’t overpower food. It’s mild, subtle fruity/floral flavors are a perfect pairing for two on a warm summer’s night.
