Move into Monday’s with this Homemade (healthier) Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

After a full weekend of having my husband home with us–although still on call—we feel spoiled to have been in his full company. This makes going back to work this Monday morning that much more difficult. But as my husband starts his day with a Pancreatic transplant case today, I too know that I’ll have a productive day.

Now, kick off your Monday with this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Blend together

1 – 5.3oz container of Chobani plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon of organic pumpkin puree

1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
