A Canadian Living in America- A thanksgiving cocktail recipe

This weekend my family and friends in Canada are celebrating thanksgiving. While I will not be formally celebrating here in Chicago, I did want to pay tribute to my roots with this flavorful & fun cocktail your guests will love. Cinnamon, spice and everything nice in this beverage.

A thanksgiving cocktail.

1 oz Fireball-Cinnamon whisky

¾ oz Calvados- this is an Apple flavored French bandy

2 oz apple cider

Pinch of ground cinnamon

Garnish with a fresh slice of apple or a cinnamon stick

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, along with ice. Shake and pour in your cocktail glass.
